RETURNS & REFUNDS
For any product received undamaged, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. For voluntary returns of undamaged product, Customer agrees o pay shipping costs. Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
RESPONSIBILITY FOR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
When we receive a valid defect claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product free of charge, if the claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of item. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. Customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us, and we will pay for shipment of replaced products to Customer.
CONSENT
By continuing with this purchase, Customer agrees to the terms as laid out in this policy.
